What a disgrace. How about you design plays and employ an offense that makes it easier on your players?
Last time I checked a 35 yard jump ball down the sideline isn’t a routine play, nor is it easy/high percentage (B2B mentioned this in the podcast).
When I watch the Lions and the Chiefs, guys sliding out and running crossers wide open down field because the defense is confused, that is how you offer up routine plays to your playmakers.
