But how many QBs have we taken in the last 5 years? Is he the third?

So how fucking stupid was the Josh Dobbs pick? I mean it only is beat by the long snapper pick.

Yes they did. They traded #79 and a 7th rounder to Seattle for #76

Yes they did. Traded up with Seattle. Gave them the 79th overall and our 220th over all pick to move up 3 spots....

He can rotate in at DT or ILB when we are getting trucked by the run...

We'll get an interior defender with our next pick.

I'm happy as fuck we have an elite downfield thrower ready to replace Ben when he hangs 'em up.

Rudolph is a fucking BALLER.

Jesus Christ, we have fucking Laundry Jones and a WR masquerading as a QB behind Ben.

NOW WE HAVE HIS SUCCESSOR.

Awesome pick. He was my favorite QB of the draft. To get him in the 3rd is a steal.

I think the Steelers moved up 3 spots or so for a reason -- Cincinnati.
They lost McCarron to FA and only have Raggedy Andy remaining.
I'm guessing they'd have been the 3rd divisional team looking for their next QB.

Furthermore, I'd take Rudolph over either Mayfield or Jackson. This is tremendous value.
Also, before the draft Rudolph was asked about the interest Pitt was showing him.
Rudolph said if the Steelers took him that it wasn't Ben's job to school him...it was his responsibility to learn the position.

Cincy would have taken him for sure. Smart move jumping them. I love it.
