i don't see how we possibly beat Carolina.

Kelvin Beachum and Marcus Gilbert vs. Greg Hardy and Charles Johnson. You gotta be kidding me. Lotulelei up the middle with Kuechly right behind him? Yeah not a chance.

Remember, this is the front 7 that made Mike Mitchell look like a superstar last year

So if Carolina's front 7 made Mitchell look like a "superstar" last year, how awful is the Steelers' front 7 that is "making" Mike Mitchell look so horrible this year?

beyond awful unfortunately. Obviously there's a lot more to it than that, but it's easier to look good in the secondary when your entire DL is collapsing the pocket immediately after the snap. This is the same team that was 2nd in rushing defense and had 60 sacks last year. They're sick.

That Gilbert sucks GIF? Going to be a TD to Miller vs that coverage if Gilbert stands that guy up about a half second or gets him outside. Miller already has his guy beaten and the safety was looked off.

I was mad about the play were Gilbert is steamrolled for a sack. He knows he has outside help in a RB chip. How does he not set for the bull rush or inside move? Just stupid.

Jibbs has wasted a big chunk of all of our lives.

Tomlin has proven to be a phony.

I genuinely liked the guy and the hire.

We've been on this downward trend for far longer than the past two 8-8s.

And it's a shame we couldn't win that SB against the Packers because we aren't sniffing one for a few years.

Best we can hope for is to build a loaded team and Ben has enough left to get it done.

I didn't fully jump off the Tomlin train until after the 2018 season. The Steelers should have made multiple AFCC games at least from 2014-18. Andy Reid would have won a Super Bowl or two with those teams. Tomlin grossly underachieved, and he's proven he'll never again win anything of significance.
