Yes, There are a couple of people who keep track of the opportunites and chart the percentage of success each QB has. The last time I saw the chart, it was in 2018 and recorded back to around 1985.

Andrew Luck was first, Brady 2nd, Peyton was 3rd-- but I believe Ben since has passed Manning and is currently 4th, because also since then Patrick Mahomes has taken over the top spot. Aaron Rodgers was 54th as of 2018 and might have barely cracked the top 50 now.
