I think it's done electronically now. They have those things that look like goal line pylons, and they have electric eyes or something. But it's also the perfect example of how absurdly conservative he is. Rodgers is back there for a fumbled snap. The odds of a fumbled snap rolling to him, however, with 2 guys behind the runner likely to kick it seem rather low.
