Bills in lockdown

Post by swissvale72 » Sun Dec 14, 2025 3:13 am

The Buffalo Bills, staying in Providence, as teams ordinarily do when playing in Foxboro, are currently in lockdown in their hotel, due to the Brown University shooting.

The Jack and Jills went up the hill, each with a buck and a quarter. Jills came down with two-fifty, OOOOOOOOOOOOH!

Friends of ours, son goes to Brown.
They got in the car in NJ and raced up there.
Pretty scarry speeding up to see him.
He was in the building with the shooter.
He is fine.

Pretty disturbing the Rollins student who had 1500 rounds delivered to his campus. That could have been an awful situation if the intent was harm.

What is going on....

That's good, Stosh. I had a similar experience with my son who was a student at BU during the Boston bombing. Had left the finish line about an hour prior to the bombing. Def scary

Wish more people recognized signs of trouble around people ready to snap
Sometimes they do.
Sometimes it's an after thought observation by those who knew suspect .

I don't know how they think they will get away...
It's amazing how they find them pretty quickly.
So many cameras, loose trails, receipts, clues, team work, cell phones, etc.
