It's so depressing to see Andy Reid's play designs compared to ours. The way he gets his players leverage and puts them in great spots.
Even more depressing is watching Spagnuolo's defense. The guy constantly is disguising everything and has creative blitzes. Austin's defense looks like kindergarten compared to that and yet we are stuck with him. INFURIATING. It's as if we think we don't deserve better.

I love that we drafted Anthony McFarland and Kevin Dotson just a few picks ahead of Sneed. Our scouting is so bad compared to these elite teams.

Chiefs being too conservative. Maybe Reid is setting something up.
Failing to coach guys up probably factors in, too.
Also the scout team does their thing, but R1 pick is usually all Tomlin, R2 & R3 go to the OC and DC, and beyond that position coaches get to weigh in. So, again, the issue might be more about coaching hires....
