If it takes away the threat of his running, he's gonna see a lot of 2 deep man coverage. I imagine the Ravens will make him show them he can run.

I would like to see him stay in the pocket and if necessary throw it away. He seems less accurate when he is running for his life.

Used to be good news when we found out Ben was goi g to suit up.

Now it’s like meh.

I think Kenny would be better served taking the week off and watching things from the sidelines. See the things he’s missing while playing.

We are getting awful QB play now. Biscuit or Rudolph can do that.

Happy as hell even if Canada remains the play caller.

Kenny isn’t going anywhere for awhile. Gotta hope he develops through this adversity…..and Holy Jesus Fuck is there a lot of adversity.

Trubisky or Rudolph playing is pointless.

This entire shit offenses issues are multi-layered.

Kenny has developed some bad habits, habits he didn’t exhibit as much last season. Looks like he did practically a 180.

Of course, he’s not getting the coaching needed, to develop his fundamentals, so they carry over to the game.

Remember Josh Dobbs? He looks like a bonafide starting QB In Arizona. The times, Ben would go to bat for Dobbs, only to have the coaching staff dismiss it.

Coaching matters.

Sullivan needs fired, too. What in the heck is the QB coach doing?

Probably relaying the information that the OC and HC want him to relay.

Is this Tough Guy Mike saying he has to get out there and show leadership?

How'd that work out for RGIII?

This is wild.

Oh! So, maybe that’s the reason, why these players seem lost and don’t noticeably progress.

Less of Teflon Mike’s input, please.

As great as Ben was, we didn’t seriously contend for shit the last decade of his career. A Hall of Fame first ballot QB and the last time we won a Super Bowl my kid was in a crib. She’s 16 now. Ben’s been gone a little over a year. Much of that final decade Ben was in his prime……and we didn’t seriously contend for shit.

Pickett is regressing. No question about it and I know blaming him completely gives your 1 or 2 fans here (the powers that be) hard ons. 😝 😂 but putting everything on a second year QB with a brutally awful coaching staff and a terrible offensive line is pure comedy. Entertaining? Sure, but also dumber than shit.

If only we drafted Will Levis none of this would be happening.

He was the missing piece.

😝 😝 😝

I don't understand the rush of throwing out a 2nd year QB with a gimpy leg. Especially since there is a bye next week.

KP won't make it through the season at this rate

And it begs the question of why they paid Trubisky all that money on a 3-yr. I suppose technically only an extra 2 years and $11.25M, but if this isn't exactly the situation you signed him for then why didn't you save the money and just roll with Rudolph at vet min as your backup?

This is dumb. A young QB struggling and banged up, and you throw him out there against a rival known to play dirty.

Here's what's going to happen.

1. Kenny is going to continue to suck balls. Not read the whole field. Continue to miss wideopen WRs.
2. Canada will be let go at end of the year.
3. Some new, shitty OC will be hired bc Art will be too cheap to pay top dollar for top talent.
4. Kenny will suck balls again.
5. We'll be told it's bc he's only had one year in the new system, needs another year under the new OC for us to really know what we have.
6. KP is playing for 2 more years without a doubt.
7. Draft another QB in 2026 draft.

Yup, it makes no sense to play KP with NHALS in mind or even a remote chance to make it to the 7th seed. But it is also gives Mikey a built in excuse if/when they lose the game.
I know that sounds a bit exaggerated but after what has come out of his mouth the last week or so I'm not sure what the clusterfuck is thinking.

The cynic in me says maybe they're afraid of starting a QB controversy. While everyone knows Trubisky isn't the future, if he plays even competently there will be calls to make the switch.

Couldn't help but be reminded of Kenny watching Daniel Jones stink it up the other day. VERY similar players, and basically two of the worst starting QBs in the league.

Yep. And all the while Jibbs will be absolved of all blame because….

See above.

To be fair, Jones is going into year six and currently has a, what, 47 million dollar cap hit? Giants fans have far more serious reasons for pessimism at the QB position.

Definitely the QB for 2 more years, and then they'll probably exercise the 5th-yr option for Kenny to be that "vet backup that knows the system".

His game is frighteningly identical to Daniel Jones, who himself has had moments but largely hasn't improved since his rookie season.. LOL, 24 TDs as a rookie...maybe not so identical to Kenny....

Hopefully not without at least putting up two seasons of good in the same offense. People will tell you about other QB contracts being awful, but one decent season out of six for the first time around the league in an innovative offense, and you sign Jones to THAT contract? When you had a tag available? Quietly the dumbest of these fat QB contracts yet.

*with the exception of the length of Wilson's.
