If you refuse to take a position on how AB will behave, on what ground are you confident we’ll better with him than without? That’s a tension, it seems to me. You sure you don’t believe AB would behave well enough to justify his talents? Bc if you do not believe it, but are only hopeful of it, why do you believe we’ll be better with him than without? Square that circle.

But you see, he won't have the courage nor decency to do the introspection necessary to square that circle, as you're suggesting, and spare all of us from this ongoing sulking and bitching and castigating others for their "delusional" hope of what MIGHT ACTUALLY BECOME reality for the Steelers this season.
