It does say game thread in the title, eh?
Arguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are, the pigeon is going to shit on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

if I was in charge of Steelers Stadium Ops I would have painted a Joey Porter mural on the ceiling of the Bengals locker room and I'd phase in the radio call of the playoff meltdown into the end of Renegade with shots of Hill fumbling and Pacman crying. Fuck these guys.

We cannot lose this game, not to an AFCN rival at home. Baltimore will be 2-0, Cincy had luxury of beating an AFC team with a wimp kicker. We don't need to be looking to pick up ground in Division race in Nov & Dec, we need the Division in our rear view mirror, Conference in side view. Goal is 8-0 at home. This is a huge early season game. No easing into this or we'll lose. OL has to kick their ass.

Dalton needs to take another ass beating like he did last week. Their center is a huge liability and our boy Steve McClendon lead the charge. Heyward/Hargraves/Tuitt need to have big games and hopefully Deebo can instill some fear since I have little faith in the other OLBs. Shazier's gonna pick off Dalton, I can feel it in my bones. Secondary has to tackle and play smart, the blown coverage bomb to AJ Green really kept the Bengals in the game at a point they were getting their asses handed to them. Green will get his though. Eifert out helps but Uzomah bin Laden can still make some plays, and Boyd and LaFell are a step down from Sanu and Jones from last year. Jets really lost last week by shooting themselves in the foot repeatedly (a Steelers pastime we obviously need to avoid). I think we'll do a good job limiting their running game.

I think they'll do a good job limiting AB (which is still probably 80 yards and a TD), James, Coates and Rogers need to step up. I think DeAngelo will shine yet again with DeCastro murdering people, Jets ran fairly well against them next week. And for the love of God keep everyone (especially Ben) alive. Having Burfict the destroyer out should help in that regard.

Play smart, protect the ball and we should win. Common sense but yeah. Let's go Steelers

I think the Steelers are going to have a healthy day running the ball. Better for the defense, harder on their defense. If the Bengals have to respect the run and drop their safties, that will make the passing game have an easier day.

Bummer on that third down though.

You have to think Cincy is well aware on 3rd and short of a bomb.

Can't blame the OC if you can't get two yards in two carries.
