Philly - In the house

Anyone going?

I'll be lower level, middle end zone. Hoping to see more Steeler TD's than Iggles.

SWISS is gonna jump in here and claim I'm a jinx. Don't know my overall record while in attendance, I'd say over .500, but unfortunately I was at the last debacle at Philly in 2008 when Ben got sacked numerous times in a 15-6 loss. Can't remember score but we also went on to win the SB that year....and guess who was in attendance....

Let me know if you'll be there.

Here's the deal with Barry Foster.....

Sometime I'll figure my "post-modern" record at Steeler games...post-modern meaning I'll start with the move to Three Rivers Stadium in 1970. No one can rebound from the 1960s.

We'll start with my son's record of 8-0, all of which he attended with me. Steelers have an overwhelmingly winning record when I'm in Da House.

I've been in Da House twice at the same time as Barry Fosters.....Steelers lost both games!!

Steelers got shellacked in Philly with Barry Foster in Da House.

Steelers lost to Raiders in 09 with Barry Foster in Da House.

Barry Foster is responsible for Chris Hope evading the waiting fandom seeking his autograph on the eve of the SB parade following SB XL.

Can't believe this fuckin' jinx took the risk of attending SB XLIII....thereby jeopardizing SBI....and the health and happiness of all of his Steeler brethren.

Oh.....it's Barry Foster's birthday today. Happy Birthday, Barney.....and PLEASE....give away your ticket for tomorrow and stay the fuck home!!

Anyone still screaming at their TV wondering when the hell Ben was gonna take quicker drops and/or run the ball every single play?

Never seen him come close to a beating like that, except Ravens shutout also comes to mind when Bart Scott almost killed him.

Looks like Ramon Foster has an injured elbow but still expects to play despite missing some practice this week. Steelers have already ruled out center Cody Wallace (knee) and cornerback Senquez Golson (foot). Fullback Roosevelt Nix (back) is questionable. Great time. Will provide a detailed report of my trip to Lincoln Field when I feel like discussing football again, like in 2-3 weeks.

One hell of a game I'd be proud to have attended?

Embarrassed by a dominant defense and a rookie, ROOKIE QB beaten by 31 points. Yeah, real proud to have seen that game in person. :?

"Great time" was sarcasm. I think you get that, right?

Lots of boogers and shit flung on you did you? Of course, it was assumed as sarcasm. As was my post.

Ok. Just drove home from that and still a little shell shocked. Numb really. Maybe not as perceptive as I usually am.
