I'm hoping he's very very different that Busterick Jones

No guarantees on this of course.

Iheanachor is much more fluid in pass pro. Gets out to his set quicker and smoother. His feet are rarely an issue. Jones by contrast is often painfully slow to get to the right spot and his feet are all over the place.

Jones had better tape in the run game but in pass pro it isn't close.

Misleading stat, however, there is some worth in it. Iheanachor gave up zero sacks but what backs that stat up?

Is the pressure rate he gave up in pass sets. In 97%+ of his pass set he didn't give up a pressure. That is excellent. Will it translate to the NFL. Not immediately but Lad learns fast (only been playing 5 years) and if he continues to improve the sky is the limit.

Very few OTs are graced with the feet and movement skills Iheanachor has. Very few.

Unfair to look at these two players in a vacuum.

Although Iheanachor started his football career later in life than most I believe he has more snaps played than Jones did in college.

I’m coming around to this one and believe the Lemon kid is a bit off. Like Antonio Brown-esque off….

Whether Jerah did this to personally mess with McCarthy it’s done.

I believe this kid earned the respect to be drafted and does deserve fans to be patient and not so quick to judgement. JMO

Wait and see mode.

I can't tell you anything that a Youtube clip of him stoning two 1st round picks in last night's draft in David Bailey and Malachi Lawrence won't show you (or even the video of Vrabel mixing it up with him at his Pro Day before he left to go mix it up with Diana Russini).

I can tell you that Max was the CLEAR OL star during Senior Bowl week.

One thing you can hang your little hat on is that PAT MEYER won't be charged with coaching him.

YOU SUCK, Tomlin!

Go James Campen!
Go Big Mike!!
Go Skenes!!!

The Oline is in better shape and he can sit for a year and learn to play LT which I hope they do.

He is more technical than B. Jones was coming out but that does not raise the floor that much. Still a boom/bust player.

9" hands on a 6'6 guy is a bit odd. That's like Kenny Pickett sized hands.

Go back and watch the Senior Bowl practice week. He was dominating defenders. The guy has elite movement skills and quick feet for a Tackle. We haven’t had an OT with his size and athleticism since I can’t even remember when.

I said yesterday before the draft started that he could very well have the best career of any tackle in this class. I don’t see any Broderick Jones similarities in playing style or tape.

McCarthy made several references to "position flex."

Hopefully he is better at that Rubic’s Cube than Jibba was.
