It's amazing what Chuck Noll left for Cowher, he pretty much set up the mid 90s Super Bowl run. Cowher did the same when he left as well. Nice to see Noll say goodbye, very classy man.

Meanwhile, Jibbs robbed the team of its pride, changed its culture, and left a team where its MVP is a back-up running back discarded from another team.
