Going into the new year, the team has an unusually large number of players who's contracts are up-

I imagine most of these contract decisions will be made after the new staff is in place and after the draft-

Of course, some are more obvious; such as resigning James Pierre and Chuck Clark ha got you with that second one.

Of the Unrestricted FAs

second tier
Dugger
Seumalo
maybe Holcomb (as a back up)

There are others I'd be fine with retaining, but they are all replaceable, such as Scotty Miller

On the Restricted FA list, I'd prioritize Waitman and submit back up tenders for the other 3.

Everything else, I'm trying to improve through draft or Free Agency, where possible.

I'd also look at restructuring Watt or asking him to retire... they have to get out from that contract given his on field contribution level.

Gainwell is only one worth keeping. Though given his season and if wants to go to a contender, who knows Steelers might be able to squeeze a 4 or 5th rounder out of a trade.

RBs are not hard to find. The rest of that FA list ...is straight trash.
