A prayer: Lamar Jackson please have the game of your life
A prayer: Lamar Jackson please have the game of your life
He has been sooo due for a huge breakout game against the Steelers.
I'm thinking back to one of our games last year where his WRs were dropping passes all over the field. It literally felt like they had 10 drops and were actively trying to lose the game for him. And for other games, he's clearly been shackled by the mindfuckery that befalls Harbaugh when playing the Steelers where he treats us like some fearsome foe and plays so scared and right into the template for a close game.
Be healthy, Lamar. Be confident, strong, and decisive.
Please God have him have the game of his life tonight. A tour-de-force performance where by halftime even the most helplessly delusional Steeler fans realize it's over and waddle their way out of the stadium.
The worst thing that can happen is for this team to sneak into the playoffs or God forbid eek out some meager playoff win in a sloppy turnover filled game before getting annihilated in the Divisional. That would set back this team for at least a few more years, at least.
A 42-3 beatdown at home in primetime could be the very thing that sets the wheels of change in motion for Tomlin to step aside to "reevaluate" or whatever other horseshit he wants to use. I would gladly eat a fully sized horse turd if it meant we'd lose by 30 tonight. I would put lipstick on it first and then have a middle school make out session prior to devouring it and gulping it down with glee.
I fully expect the Steelers to eek out some shitfest win tonight. Prove you're real, God. Show your divine power and strike the Steelers down. Put this rabid dog of a franchise to sleep so that maybe we can all awake healed and renewed. Amen.

Pray to Derek Henry. Lamar is going to fumble at least twice and has at least one boneheaded throw in him tonight guaranteed.
I aim to please.stairway 2 seven wrote: ↑Sun Jan 04, 2026 3:15 pmI know your serious but this made me lol this morning. Thanks.tbsteel wrote: ↑Sun Jan 04, 2026 2:29 pmHe has been sooo due for a huge breakout game against the Steelers.

I look forward to another rendition of TWatt jumping on Lamar’s back like a lion on a gazelle while Derrick Henry runs right by him for multiple 50 yd touchdown runs
Nick Markakis on Astros: "Every guy over there needs a beating."
Lord Jesus, please help us in these dire times with the bounty of a horrible embarrassing and pathetic loss to the Ravens. We humbly thank you for Coach Cowher, The Emperor and Mean Joe Greene. Terry Bradshaw too. We have the scourge of Coach Mike Tomlin causing grief and sorrow throughout western PA and other places across the country where Steeler fans have relocated. We accept this and embrace it but we would also like to be rid of it, if you will Jesus.
We pledge to create t-shirts with THANK YOU JESUS on them and sell them in the Strip were we fortunate enough to FIRE TOMLIN. We will sell them right out front of Kiya Tomlin's t-shirt shack. All proceeds will go to the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
Thank you Jesus.

"I'm institutionalized, man," he joked. "I gotta have it. I just love the challenges week in and week out that this job provides: the growth in it, the collective growth, the individual growth."

A 42-3 loss would just prove that Tomlin needs more time to rebuild than previously thought. He’s getting a 3 year extension instead of just 2 years. -Art 2

I won’t be rooting for the Ravens, but not caring if the Steelers win or not makes the game much more enjoyable.
Win and take the division, sounds nice. Lose and get closer to gettIng Tomlin out of here, even better.

They aren't going to lose tonight. Tomlin knows the boos will be worse then it was against Buffalo. He will have them ready tonight. The blowout comes next week.

That's my thought too. I hope we're wrong, but I have the feeling Lamar will have another bad game against the Steelers.Stlcrtn1974 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 04, 2026 9:04 pmThey aren't going to lose tonight. Steelers win means the Texans come to Pittsburgh for their first ever post season meeting.
