Quick list of who jizzed all over the Fish:
Rodgers - efficient
Gainwell - is he RB1?
Cook - is our 4th string LT the best of the group?
Asante - nice first pick in the black and gold
Herbig - thank God he tripped up Achane early
DK - shoving Minkah away and busting his way into EZ was awesome, I think CA3 had a great block on the play for him to score, need someone to confirm
Feel free to add to this list
I thought about Patrick Queen, he gets a lot of hate, felt he had a decent game

Austin did have a great block, he flattened someone around the 5.

Here’s the play, DK destroyed Minkah then CAIII flattened him.

It really is a weird thing re Gainwell. He did play well. Great even. When Warren is cooking, Gainwell gets a lot of reps even if Gainwell is doing meh. If Gainwell is cooking, Warran doesn't get a lot of reps. Warren has played really well this year. It is baffling their usage.Jizz Mop wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 1:16 pmSTD negotiating a new writer’s salary here?

Cam played out of his mind. Especially in the 2nd half. Dolphins kept attacking his side of the line vs the other where Black was not doing much.

is the run D better with Watt off the field?

Nick Herbig could be off the field too with a hamstring
That leaves Jack Sawyer against Penei Sewell
Yikes
I doubt Dan Campbell forgets he has Jahmyr Gibbs the way the beyond WEIRD Mike McDaniel forgot about Devon Achane.
Go Steelers!
Go NHALS!!
Go Skenes!!!
GOOOOOOO LIVVVVY!!!!!!!!

A. not running enough when they were having early success, with a HR hitter in Achane
B. huddling up most of the 4th quarter, thinking about how to get out of the cold faster, back to Miami and geting his knickers back on.
C. Did some one mention MM bith control glasses?
1. Rodgers - such a command and presence
2. Gainwell - 13-80, 7-46....20 touches, 126 yards. Teams leading receiver with 57 on the year. 4.5 ypc on the year.
3. Tua - what awful footwork and a gift INT, changed momentum
4. Darnell, Mooth and Jonu ( minuis the hold ) 8 catches on 11 targets, 82 yards, nice YAC.
5. Defensive pressure, 4 sacks, keeping a bad formed QB throwing on the run.
6. Whoever bought my seats for $45 a piece. ( been hard to re-sell games I have not been abele to get to since the F.M.T. sentiment )
7. ST's. Boz w/ the 4 XP's on a cold night, #15 with teh nice tap in, Warren on kick returns gets the ball and darts upfield. I think that last nite were 2 of his only 3 returns this year?
8. Middle of field, No U. ( this maybe should be #1 or #2 ) DK a few times, Mooth a few times - use the middle, they will not see it coming )
9. Cook. - the guy was cooking last nite, good feet, fluid, balanced, kept his guy in ftont of him.
10. Tomlin....could be higher.
I like that Jordyn Brooks. Tackle and hit machine.
I believe he had a 20 tackle game vs Washington few weeks back?
Avg of 150 tackles a year for last 5 years...and still 3 games left this year.
Only 28......can we steal him? His contract up?

Quick list of who jizzed all over the Fish:
Rodgers - efficient
He's winning by manipulating. By far the best QB play in PIT since Ben left.
Gainwell - is he RB1?
IDK but he's WR1. His 57 catches are two more than 2nd place DK Metcalf.
Cook - is our 4th string LT the best of the group?
He played great and I dig him as a potential long-term starter... but he was facing the ghost of Bradley Chubb. This week would be a better test, but I fully expect them to start Andrus Peat.
Asante - nice first pick in the black and gold
Made a great play in zone–something rare on this team. Really only Jalen Ramsey has made plays in zone.
Herbig - thank God he tripped up Achane early
Huge play in retrospect, because if he houses that (looked like it might have been green grass), the tenor of the game is much different.
DK - shoving Minkah away and busting his way into EZ was awesome, I think CA3 had a great block on the play for him to score, need someone to confirm
DK and Washington look like the biggest kid in peewee.

He's played pretty well the last couple of weeks, especially compared to some of his game.

Whoever made the decision to utilize the middle of the field more this game. I know we all can’t stand the coaching staff but they finally used it more than once in a game.
door slammer - Tua ... I didnt realize how bad he is

Will see it again week 3 next season.
JT the Jogger for doing the right thing and getting injured and not dragging the rest of the D down to his level.
Linebacker corps. They played better, only one game, but it seemed they were more organized in some ways.
Mount Washington. Acting like Godzilla batting away little Japanese guys try to attack him. Get him the ball until they fire nuclear weapons at him to try to get him to stop.
Muth had some nice grabs and effort.
And AR for being the old salty bastard this team needs.
It was almost as if Coach T was doing nothing but cheerleading. That's what we need more of.

Do not think bad thoughts about your possible Steeler QB next year but only if they can't get Kyler.

And wouldn’t have been listed as a “door slammer” despite being a key cog in our win had the usual OP done this thread. And AR for being the old salty bastard this team needs.

Might as well bring back Ben, then. But that will never happen, because Ben hurt Mikey's fragile ego.Works At A Bank wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 5:55 pmOr Rivers![]()
you have found my greatest steeler fear -- Tomlin coming back and we get Kyler or Tua

Ben and Rodgers played each other about four years ago, Ben was clearly done while Rodgers was dynamic.
So no to that.
Re-sign Rodgers and make him a player coach.
