Good. They obviously need to do something to get fired up about this game. At least GP has a set of skills to back it up. Unlike past BB material where it has been middle of the road secondary types talking smack.there hasn’t been anyway ne on our secondary that could talk smack since Troy.

Pickens is a very good WR.
I would trade Pickens.

I love the idea that pro athletes are scouring for comments on ESPN articles in an effort to get motivated.

Like, I'm sure the Browns defensive backfield was planning on half-assing it tomorrow, but now they're pissed. Thanks, George.

Um, Pickens is still a child, but the Browns have been trash talking us for 2 weeks. It doesn't matter. What matters is execution and good coaching on Sunday.

My opinion?

Pickens is BB material just preparing to show up on game day.

Perhaps, the refs will now watch how GP is being manhandled more closely. There was no way that a penalty should not have been called when GP went down & the interception resulted in the Bengals first score.

I disagree for two reasons.

First off, it’s not illegal to push a guy in the helmet. Slapping the helmet or going to his face or neck is a penalty, but that’s not what happened. Pickens got a little over his skis and the CB helped him lose his balance by pushing him with one hand on the helmet. Not a foul, no matter what Gene Serratore says. Let’s not forget Gene grew up in Washington, PA and is probably a Steelers fan these days.

Secondly, Pickens gives as good as he gets if not more as far as physicality, hand-fighting, grabbing, and pushing. Officials in the NFL treat it differently when both guys are fighting. They don’t call very many OPIs on Pickens despite him technically pushing off or grabbing defenders on the way to contested catches, so don’t expect many defenders to get called either.

This isn't exactly Anthony Smith open his yap about Brady.
"I'm institutionalized, man," he joked. "I gotta have it. I just love the challenges week in and week out that this job provides: the growth in it, the collective growth, the individual growth."

I wouldn’t.

Pickens is nuts but the Steelers need more nuts.

They need more swagger.

Fuck the shit stains from Cleveland.

Pickens will give the Browns his PP tomorrow.
