Kirk Cousins aka Dollar Maximus
Kirk Cousins aka Dollar Maximus
Has there ever been a player that banked so much on such middling success? Regardless.. I admire him!

I read somewhere that the Vikings won just ONE MORE game in his five or so years there than the five years before he arrived.
He got around $200 million.....
Don't forget his Redskin franchise years either, dude made bank before he signed the big one with Minnesota.
Now another $180 million with Atlanta, don't hate the player, hate the game...

My stance has long been that in the salary cap era, any player that is paid what he’s worth is exactly worthless.
What I read is this contract $100m is guaranteed which brings his career earnings to $321 million. So at least that. He has 1 playoff win in his career. This dude has my utmost respect!Stosh-67 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2024 5:38 pmclose to $475-500 million?chippedhamsandwich wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2024 5:32 pmI read somewhere that the Vikings won just ONE MORE game in his five or so years there than the five years before he arrived.

hate the game, not the player...
if interview skills won Lombardis, Cousins would be Tom Brady...dude is great in front of a mic
I like the fact we got a QB probably better and didn't have to even pay for it

The article that I read stated that if he gets paid out the whole four years at 180, million that’ll bring his total earnings to 411 million.SteelPro wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2024 5:52 pmWhat I read is this contract $100m is guaranteed which brings his career earnings to $321 million. Anyone throwing money at Cousins is doing a disservice to their franchise. He's the sort of guy who will keep you employed as a coach or GM, at least for a few more seasons, but who will never win anything.
A lot of people forget that the incentive for a lot of people working in the NFL isn't to win championships. It's to stay employed as long as possible. It's a job.
See our own NHALS wonder who gives lipservice to winning it all, but whose every decision is mired in mediocrity.
