Another interesting stat is the Steelers have played only 1 game that was out of playoff contention over the last 17 years.
NHALS secured. Check.
In the playoffs. Check
AFCN Champions. Check
Beat the Texans. In progress
Here We Go Steelers

They have also needed help to make the playoffs in the last week in 9 of 17's Tomlin's seasons (not always getting that help).Texas Black & Gold wrote: ↑Sun Jan 07, 2024 2:56 amAnother interesting stat is the Steelers have played only 1 game that was out of playoff contention over the last 17 years.

The Ravens, Browns, and Bengals are a combined 26-7 against the rest of the NFL and a combined 1-5 against the Steelers.

The one thing Tomlin always does well is consistently beat divisional rivals.

.471% Playoff Win Percentage (8-9) PLAYOFF RECORD
LAST PLAYOFF WIN 2016
3 PLAYOFF WINS SINCE 2012
Can’t win big playoff games
LOSES TO BAD TEAMS, CONSTANTLY OUTCOACHED UNPREPARED PLAYERS
UNDISCIPLINED TEAMS
HORRIBLE GAME MANAGEMENT
IN HIS 17 SEASONS
HE'S ONLY WON GAMES IN THE PLAYOFFS 4 OF THOSE YEARS
HE HAS NO COACHING TREE

I mean, theses two particular counting stats mean a lot less in 17 games.StillerDownSouth wrote: ↑Sun Jan 07, 2024 2:35 am## TJ Watt becomes 2nd player in NFL history with mulitple 19+ sack seasons, other was his brother.

If the season was 16 games, Najee wasn't a 1,000 yard runner this year. And actually, he wasn't a 1,000 yard rusher last year until week 17 either against a Cleveland team playing for nothing. And Watt certainly doesn't have 19 sacks unless he gets a a game 17.
*reserves the right to roots for losses*
