And the Chiefs just traded for Kadarius Toney.

Watching Baltimore tonight…goddamn am I jealous of their running game. Not talking Lamar, though he adds to the spice, their RBs are sick. And yes, I’m going to go ahead and say that the Steelers should have picked up Kenyon Drake. I said this when LV cut him and he’s playing his ass off in Baltimore.

We are so goddamn inept when it comes to offense when I watch other games I don’t even believe I’m watching the same sport. We are that terrible.

And the crazy thing is, it's not like we can all of the sudden just simply blame our O ineptitude on young/rookie QBs not being smart/experienced enough to run a real one, because there is zero doubt in my mind that KP is already way smarter than Lamar at reading Ds. Hell, Lamar can barely make a simple RPO call the right way -- he totally screwed up on several last night.

Exactly. For every “wow” play Lamar makes, he messes up like 5-7 others. This is why the Ravens are timid about the long term with him and yet they still offered him like $180MM.

They are just coached well. Their defense is solid and their offense is perfectly tailored to Lamar and really to account for his warts. They said it multiple times on the broadcast last night (Herbie is a really good announcer IMO). They run heavy sets probably more than any team in the league but it works because their TE are always excellent and they get open. Richard is a bulldozer and never loses battles. Oh, the Pro Bowler Andrews is out? Ladies and Gentlement we introduce Isaiah Likely.

That is fine offensive coaching. The Steelers are TOAST unless we give this coaches room a colonic and I mean a powerful one.

Gus Edwards is a Steelers' type back through and through. Undrafted vs Najee Harris in Rd 1 is the secret sauce to building a team.

Yep. He's a perfect fit, which is probably why we never went after him. smh

We do what we do.....obviously....
