NFL+ if you don't have a subscription already you can get a week for free

sportsurge.net or any one of the internet streams that used to be reddit streams.

Also someone on here has shared a way to spoof the gps on your phone or tablet to make it think you are in the Pittsburgh area I am sure if you search for the word spoof one of the comments with directions on how to fake the gps.

I've mentioned this before here but wanted to put it again.

I found this Facebook group page called "American Sports". Just search for it in the Facebook search menu. Once you find the page click on it and then request to join the group.

This dude puts YouTube links to all kinds of stuff. If they get shut down he trys his best to put another up ASAP.

I have watched many things on this.

RED ZONE, PPV Boxing, all kinds of stuff. Last night I accessed the site on my TV through PS4 internet app. Then clicked on the YouTube link for the game and next thing you know (after choosing the expand screen option on the YouTube that came up) I watched the game full screen on my big screen. Don't live close enough to Pittsburgh to get the local broadcast.

Give it a shot

Actually just today it looks like he put a note that he maybe using something else for the links instead of YouTube so will see what he comes up with.
