SSG results vs. Ravens

Steelers embarrassed at home in loss to Ravens 26-14.

Congrats to punam123 in winning the SSG this week with 21 points in predicting the Ravens to win 24-21
punam123 also won the week #2 SSG.

punam123 predicted the Steelers to lose 24-21 and scored 10 points for picking the correct winning team, 3 points for coming with-in the Steelers score and 8 points for coming with-in 8 points of the Ravens score for a total of 21 points.

Only Gerry Dulac nailed the Ravens score as he had the Steelers winning 32-26.

Nobody nailed the Steelers score of 14 points.
shakenbake was the closest predicting the Steelers to win 13-10, as he was the only one to predict the Steelers would score less than 20 points.

We had 80 players for the week.
71 players picked the Steelers to win, while 9 players picked the Ravens to win.

The average prediction was 29-26, Steelers to win. If you predicted the Steelers to win 20-26...you would have scored 10 points for the week.

Surprisingly, we did not have any goose eggs.

The average score for the week was 8 points.

The Steelers offense scored 15 points less than what the SSG players predicted............while the Steelers defense gave up exactly what we predicted for the second week in a row.

Thanks Stosh you are a stand up guy for doing this.. its the only thing I look forward too during the week.. but trying to get a handle on the Steelers this year is like picking between Jekyll and Hyde.. No one knows who the fuck is showing up..
This will be the last week I pick the Steelers to win if we tank against Falcons...
