Wow- how is everyone still so confident?
The Iggles are better than being credit for here, I think.

Last week......74 out of 76 took the Steelers over Cincy, a division rival and a playoff team.
I agree, gonna be a tuff game, on the road vs. a team that is looking fundamentally better than Chip Kellys teams.

Personally, I see AB abusing Philly's secondary this week. I think 150 yards and 2 TDs is realistic. I think the Steelers score easily but will give up some points to Wentz.

Butler will show Wentz a few new tricks. Defense gets a pick 6.

Oh wow- I didn't know that only two people chose against the Steelers last week.
I knew there's always homerism in the score threads, but I didn't know by that much.
Never mind then!

Jeemie, gotta ask as you approach 16,000 posts. Do you work? And it's cool if you don't, I'm just trying to grasp your post count.

Cleveland sucks and so does Chicago. There was a point in the Chicago game that they confused Wentz, but then they backed off. Besides that, Chicago's O sucks so bad, the D was on the field 3/4 of the game - they were gassed by the middle of the 3rd Quarter.

iggles playing well, but simple fact is they are trotting out last year's #30 D, a rookie qb, and an underwhelming cast of offensive skill guys (tho I'm sure our D will try to make them look like superstars).Jeemie wrote:Wow- how is everyone still so confident?

I doubt there's a lot of 'confidence' around here; we'll probably blow at least 2-3 games we should win this year, and this could easily be one of them. Find out soon enough.

Philly playing on a short week after MNF -- very tough.
We got Wheaton back so our passing attack just got better
Philly pass defense hasn't been tested yet, and their secondary is hurting.
also, Philly is 2-0 against a couple of SEC-level football teams (actually, probably worse than Alabama), so I think their record is highly deceIving - we played 2 playoff teams and won both soundly
But the rookie is good so i don't expect a steelers blow out
