Shadeur Sanders was named to the Pro Bowl

They'd really be better off just naming a roster and being done with it. No one wants to play in the thing at this point. Especially vets who have been there, done that. Like, it was always somewhat of a joke but it's just an outright one now when all these guys can claim they were technically Pro Bowlers because like half the league just said no and they kept moving on down the line until someone said yes.

Unbelievable.... here are your Pro Bowl QB stats

TDs 7
INTs 10
Rating 68.1
QBR 18.9
Completion % 56.7
Sacks 17 in 5 games

Hell, Flacco had better stats this year with 15 TD to 10 INTs 79 Rating and 60.3 completion %.

It's such a joke anymore

WTF? Lawrence is the obvious alternative given Nix and Mahomes out but Rodgers wasn't asked?

They likely asked a number of guys and went down the list until they somehow ended up with Shadeur. I think there was one Pro Bowl where they went down to the 9th AFC QB or something ridiculous like that to find someone willing to play in the game.

Sanders is much further down than 9th depending on the metric .... this could be the record for the furthest down they ever go

If a Bear shits in the woods and no one is around to see it, did it really happen?

They do some shitty skills competition reminiscent of what they did before the game back in the early '00's. I think there's also a flag football game No one watches, no one cares. So guys opt out because fuck that nonsense.

Hawaii was a special treat. Now it's usually the same city as the Super Bowl... Who really thinks a trip to Santa Clara in January/ February is better than Honolulu. The multi billion dollar NFL moved it because it was cheaper and reduced it to carnival games so now no decent players want to participate. Big surprise - not!

Tyler Huntley was a "Pro Bowler" in 2022. He started 4 games and had 2 TD passes on the season.

Ryan Clark is literally the meanest worst sport journalist I have ever seen.

I'd consider Sonny Hostin before him. Both have the same personality disorder.
