His legacy is a Super Bowl and NHALS. If he comes back he's not winning a playoff game and he's likely to lose NHALS too. The man has made over $100,000,000 and is set for life. I'm sure he would make another $100,000,000 as a talking head on CBS or ESPN without exposing himself as a fraud to another fanbase.
The only reason I would want him to return to coaching is if it netting the Steelers some draft pick compensation. Otherwise he should make like Field Goal Bill and stick to TV.
Tomlin should stay out of coaching
He’s finally gone. Let him do what he wants, that’s his business. As a lifelong fan, I just hope the Steelers finally change their way of running a team and get more creative offensive coaching going forward.

I’m real sure none of the genuinely top shelf candidates are gonna want to go to Pittsburgh anytime soon
