i agree that
he wont take on a rebuild anywhere
he is happy getting 20m to go 9-8 and will keep doing it as long as he can
so this is all on Rooney -- he has to force him out -- I fear the cop-out is keeping him but mandating OC and DC are fired and GM picks new ones, all vets go and its a rebuild and Tomlin voice in draft is downgraded. Tomlin may then agree to leave but he can call his bluff as well and say fine ... less work more money
