I watched a fair number of CU games this year and Shedeur can play. He’s football smart, mobile, accurate, clutch. Seems more grounded than his Dad, who is the real diva.

Steelers just passed on Sanders in third round so that’s a wrap.

They are a package deal and you can guarantee that Deion won't keep his mouth shut if his son is struggling, and it won't be his fault. It will be everyone else's.

This - I'm guessing this is the biggest reason for his drop. Kinda like Alonzo Ball's dad but with wayyyyyy more visibility and ability to get camera time.

Also, who the hell was advising him through all of this? From him skipping the Senior Bowl and throwing at the Combine to his interviews with teams...does this guy take advice? Where is the agent who is supposed to have a read on how teams view him?

Guy may not get drafted until the sixth round and acted like a guaranteed top 10 pick.

Heard someone on the radio this morning say on top of everything else you also have the possibility of the QB's dad replacing your head coach.

And if any team views Shedeur as a backup well you don't want a circus coming to town with your backup quarterback.

Even more reason to select him esp down here in the fourth

I think a humbled and pissed Sanders is a hell of a bargain at this point.

i like what the browns have done
they will have full out battle for QB this year and if one of them turns into a good pro they have two 1st rounders next year for quality additions. if they all fail - they will get a QB next year with thise picks
whoever pranked sanders is garbage

Consider this....

-Browns took another QB last night

-Nobody in the Browns war room looked particularly happy after the pick. They're all clapping politely, not slapping each other on the back, etc, like other war rooms

Did Jimmy Haslin make his people make this pick??

You don’t see a much weird cheering and clapping after picks in these rounds.’
Browns seem to have a specific plan … whether it works or not is to be seen

I said I liked the plan … whether browns will find a way to screw it up is legitimate.

Ol Shady Sanders doesn't seem to be all that bright. Good grief.
"I'm institutionalized, man," he joked. "I gotta have it. I just love the challenges week in and week out that this job provides: the growth in it, the collective growth, the individual growth."
