Every week is tempering week as far as our expectations.

As far as FA, I think CB, LT, DT, should be the priorities. WR will be hard to come by quality with no QB and an Mike Tomlin/Arthur Smith offense.

They'll acquire a QB but who knows who or how?

YOU feel that Lt will a veteran type of Swing man not a top LT ? I agree they need a top CB to play opposite JPJR. the DL should be not that expensive especially if they looking at NT. The Wr i totally agree upon especially who they have might have to play at QB

It has to be QB until one of three things happen:
1. Fields signs. (Would be good with this, as Fields could put it together, although doubtful, but if he doesn’t you have your 2026 high #1 pick.)
2. Wilson signs. (Please no, he looks old.)
3. Some other veteran. Could we be in on Stafford or Darnold?

In terms of needs, I think DL will primarily be addressed in the draft. Would love Derrick Harmon or Walter Nolen in the first.

I also see a RB taken at some point in this deep draft class. Cam Skattabo?

Tampering type free agents, meaning 1st or 2nd day. I'd like to see them sign:

1 Milton Williams - DT
2 Charvarius Ward - CB
3 Trade for Cooper Kupp - WR Dude reminds me of a better, more receiver like Heath Miller. I've never seen him drop a pass.

Then sit back and wait for some prices to drop.

- And I know this will get me castrated here. I can't even believe I'm saying it, because I always disliked him & NORMALLY I would have never even considered him, but Tomlin & his band of nobodies have changed the game from nothing but normal not able to coach a single player up. If Derrick Carr is cut by New Orleans, I would try to tempt him here as the Vet #2 backup. Think he'd make a decent backup behind Justin Fields or whoever else they have us suffer with as a young ("with" potential) QB. And I'm trying to talk myself into thinking he'd be a better Russell Wilson, than Russell Wilson is.

Hard to tell why you guys are ridiculing the post without offering up any insight. Not sure if yinz are ok with Quez Watkins, Van Jefferson, Mike Williams, Deuce Watts & Denzel Mims attempting to compete for the last WR receiver spots again. Or maybe yinz want three 30 millions dollar pro bowlers at the bottom of the WR roster.
